How to replace the battery of robot
Confirm whether there is a robot battery alarm in TP or human-machine interface and refer to the robot maintenance manual for procedures.
How to relubricate the robot?
Check the red marks in the two fuel gauges on the robot body. If the mark is transparent and visual, means the oil not need changed. If the mark is blurred or invisible, please contact us for oil change maintenance. You can also refer to the robot maintenance manual.
What needs to be confirmed before a reset start?
It is necessary to confirm that the robot is at the home position and that there is no workpiece on the gripper.
The entire rack is not scanned after closing the front door.
1.After opening and closing the door, the system will only scan layer which grating signal get triggered, not the entire rack scanning.
2.The reset start will scan the entire rack, and the resumed start will only scan the layer of the rack that triggers the grating.
Front door is not opened after click icon(Open Door) when robot is running
For safety, after requesting a door opening, the door may not be opened if robot is running loading/unloading task or scanning rack task. Doors only allowed to be opened only after the robot complete the task and system gets the door opening signal.
X-Worker system fails to boot
1.Confirm all doors are closed, then clicked [close door]. System will boot up fail when doors are not closed.
2.Confirm the status icons are all green on [ Equipment Operation ] page, System will boot up fail if there is a red icon.
3.Make sure equipment is online.
How to check the status of workpiece on the rack
Click processing icon (Status) to jump to [ Status ] page, then click the workpiece number that you want to check to display the detailed information.
